The popular question on Tuesday when I meet up with the AIESECers here is
“So, how was the training last week?” “Fantastic!!” was the answer for my last week.
It does feel much better than the first week. Of course we all should learn from the past, should we not? Time management I have delivered. 3 hrs. of joy and well managed I would say.
The feeling is so good because I have included the OC of the project to play more part in the training. As always, I feel great when I can empower and give the opportunities for individual to shine on. It does really feel great.
Can’t help put on the big smile on my face when one of the facilitator came to me and said that ‘Weaw, I have decided. One of the goal in my life next year, I want to be the trainer as you are” How can you not smile on that?
Just can’t help! They all just love me. Well, who am I to stop them? Haha
Well, as they said “When you have too much of up time, there comes the down time. Right to each other” Here I am facing one of the challenge in working with some people here. Do you believe in the first impression? I know that we should not judge the book by it’s cover. Well, it is harder to do than say. So here the challenge comes.
Most of the people knows that if you want the trust from me, s/he needs to earn it. How can I trust someone that I feel his/her effort has not been put into the work at all?
How can I work with the person that keeps on saying that ‘I can take the critique’ But do nothing with it. Not even try to understand?
How can I work with the person that think just the outline is enough for the training and I can go enjoy the night club before the training?
How can I work with the person that said one thing but do another thing?
How can I work with the person that never listen!! Not even the things that he said?
How can I work with the person that shouts out loud repeatedly that I am AIESECer but not even know what is aiesec.net?
I’m trying not to be so judgmental here. But it is just hard.
My dear B said that not everyone has to be my friend. I guess is so here then.
Still rocking well here, ppl.
my facilitator 1 : Sergiu – OCP of the PBoX: NEXT-STEP that I am in.

Breanne – The girl in Blue. Another faci of mine, great & Fun & helpful
‘Good job for both of them!!”
Happy lucky me,
Love ya all.
Xxx
